Ice cream is a cheat food. The occasional brownie too.

Okay so I started p90x 13 days ago .. am eating better .. obviously exercising a lot .. and cheating once a week [ice cream = weakness, especially since it's starting to warm up!]. However, I must be doing something wrong.
My start weight was 129lbs .. I'm currently at 126. This just doesn't seem right

Today was the day that I put everything in perspective!
I fell asleep, when I woke up, everything changed.*--
20 minutes on treadmill
10 minutes on the elliptical
10 minutes stationary bike

Oatmeal, soy milk, and natural honey.

It's actually healthy to join a boot camp. It does not only help you get healthy physically it also enhances your social ability.

I had one at Bally's but six months in, I started going sporadicly, and then not at all.
I just joined Gold's Gym. I am loving bodypump right now. Gonna start going twice a week. Here's the schedule I've made for myself. Hope I can stick with it.

Sunday - Rest
Monday - Zumba
Tuesday - Yoga or rest
Wednsday - Bodypump
Thusday - Yoga
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Bodypump
4a pencil-sized corkscrews that are low porosity, fine, thick, & layered
I'm headed to the gym now. I go Tues thru Fri morning at 4:30 a.m. and on Sunday afternoons. If I'm feeling fat, I'll go on Mon mornings. I can do some simple aerobics at home, but for most part, I need the gym. I won't even do a sit up at home. My schedule:

Sun, Wed, Fri - 15 minutes cardio, upper and lower body weight training
Tues and Thurs - 45 minutes cardio, 10-15 minutes stretching

I walk my dog 20-30 minutes everyday that weather allows.
