Still confused by my hair type

I'm growing my hair out and it's about at 1 inch so far. I've read up on the hair type system but I'm still unsure as to what my hair type is. I am half black/ half white and my hair gets frizzy very very easily. In my pics my hair is combed and it's a little wet.

Thanks in advance for any help!

First off, welcome Janson! I hope you've been finding some good information floating around on the site so far, but the people here (on the forums) are by far the best part! But, about your hair type...I will say that for me, it definitely took me at least a few months to determine what my hair type was. First my hair grew up and straight out until it was a couple inches. Then, it kinked and curled like crazy. But truth be told I'm still not sure what my exact hair type is but it's really not all that important. I mostly think of my hair as 4ish but I have multiple textures on my head. I am also biracial so that may play a role in all my textures too BUT (a big but) that's common among many folks who identify with one racial group too. Hope this helps!

Welcome janson looking at the pic you dont have enough hair to say, but it looks like a future 3b-c
It can be hard to gauge hair's type when it's so short, so it's understandable that you're confused

I've seen hair that's 4a to 3b that looks like yours when that short. For me your texture (not just the pattern itself) suggests a mixture of 3s and 4s.
