ParticipantSo I bought some at the health food store today and when I asked the girl whether I should mix it with my conditioner or mix a small amount in with my gel and leave-in she had no idea (straight-haired by the way) so….anyone have any suggestions???

ParticipantI don’t know if this helps…I bought some of the HobaCare jojoba oil that CurlMart carries, and I really like it, it’s very light. I found that my hands will absorb about 2 small drops. When I get out of the shower, I rub 4-5 drops in my hands, then smooth my hands over the ends of my hair. My intent is to protect the ends.
For a deep treatment, you could mix jojoba oil in with your regular conditioner.
For gel, you might just want to mix 1 drop in with your usual amount of gel to see how it works. It should make the gel less crunchy.
