Blow drying temp & speed
What temp/speed do you blow dry your hair (with a diffuser of course)?

For the past, I don't know how many years, maybe 5, I've used medium heat/low speed. I read an article a week or 2 ago on that mentioned high heat/low speed so I tried it. I loved it. It took less time to dry and my curls looked GREAT, I was happy.

Well, this past week my hair looks dry and I'm not happy. So, this morning I went back to medium heat/low speed and my hair isn't as curly. It doesn't look dry, but I want my curls back!

I do most of it on high heat/low speed, but I'll sometimes alternate on med heat/low speed if I'm working on one area for a while

 On my old hairdryer, (which conked out on me in November, so a new one was put on my Christmas wish list) a low heat/speed was sufficient as it was quite powerful. On my new one however, I use a low speed/high heat as the low heat feels like the cool shot button and my hair takes forever to dry, lol!:laughing9:

I went back to high heat/low speed and finished off with medium heat/low speed and my curls are back! It's a good hair day. I haven't had to use a deep conditioner in years, but I'm thinking I may need to if I continue to use high heat.

I use medium heat, low speed; works the best for me.
