Curly Hair not as curly!

I have 3A hair (fine, spirally curly hair but lots of body). Well, I find that over the years it is getting harder to manage (i'm only 33!) and my curls are just not that curly anymore. At times I actually have to take a curling iron to curl the spirals back into some of my hair. I know washing my hair everday is not good..but my second day hair is flat....almost straight/wavy and lifeless! If I don't wash it..then I have to put it in a ponytail.....but overwashing dries out my hair!!!My hair is past my shoulders with layers...or my hair would be flat. Ever since I had children (had my 2nd six mnths ago) my hair has changed and I just want my spirally curly hair back. I used to just spritz water on it and it would curl I need a curling iron!! My hair actually looks its best when it is humid (spring and fall hair for me is the best)....but the winter is killing my hair (it's really cold where I live) Any ideas to spring the curl back in my hair!

P.S - i just bought Paul Mitchells Sculpting Foam and it did NOTHING for my actually made it flatter!

Want my spirally curls back momma
Some people find that their hair changes a lot after having a child, so it may not be something you can change.

It should be possible to enhance your curls, though. I have 3a hair and the underneath layer is almost straight. I use Jessicurl Gelebration spray on it, which really boosts the curl so that it's more even with the top layer.

You also might want to try using a really gentle, non-sulfate shampoo since you want to keep shampooing. Devacurl Low-Poo, Jessicurl Hair Cleansing Cream, or Elucence Moisture Benefits Shampoo would all be possibilities. If you want something you can buy locally, I'd suggest Activate, which can be found at Ulta, and some Walgreens. Health food store brands such as Giovanni or Avalon would be other possibilities.
My hair is less curly than when I was a teen I know. I used to be 3b. I"m so not that now.
I do get better curl when using no cone products once I found some that were compatible with my hair. I have to use a conditioner that's heavy enough but not too heavy.
If it's dry for a while though I have to use a curl cream to help out. Fortunately it's humid almost every day here. I used Rusk being Gutsy though on the dry days and my hair was curlier.
Recoil is good for encouraging curl too.
My hair curliness fluxuates with my hormones. It's not as curly but the strands are thicker as I get older i've noticed. This started when I was about your age actually, I'm 10 years older than you now.
Low porosity, medium texture.

If it smells good put it in your hair, if it tastes good spit it out!
