Cheap CG Cream Styler?

Does anyone know of any inexpensive CG cream styling products? I have been using GF Soft Curl Cream, which works really well for me. However, I'm experimenting with CG and therefore trying to get rid of silicones. I just received some re:coil and used it today. Its too early to tell how it will turn out, but even if it works well, it is too expensive for me, a poor college student. So...any ideas? Thanks in advance.

What type of curls do you have? I'm one person that the ORS twist & lock definitely did not work for. It made my hair look dry and stringy, but I seem to be in the minority regarding it. The Recoil should last you a good few months at least, so while it is on the pricey side, it does pay for itself in the end. Mine lasts me at least 6 months and I have below bsl hair, but I also only wash 2-3 times a week at the most, so I don't use it more often than that.

The ORS gel didn't work for me either.

If your hair can tolerate a small amount of a cone that can be removed with conditioner-washing, you could try L'Oreal Out Of Bed. Not always easy to find, but works nicely for many.
