ACV rinse, what is your routine?

hi curlies,

I read so many different opinions about how to do an ACV rinse. What is your routine? How much ACV and how much water do you use? And do you do the ACV after or before your rinse-out conditioner?
highlighted 3a hair. Fine strands, medium to high density. Probably high porosity. Growing uit bad layering and aiming for waist lenght!

Pre-poo: coconut oil
wash: CJ Daily fix or SheaMoisture Coconut&Hibiscus
RO + LI: different every time
Styler: CJ Pattern Pusha, CJ CIAB

dislikes: glycerin in low dews, scissor happy stylists, magnesium sulfate

Once a week after detanging with conditioner , I rinse 2 tea spoons on half liter if water . It gives a great slip softness and shine
I use it once a month before I co-wash. I don't use any particular measurements. Just half and half of both water and ACV in a bottle and spray it into my hair. Leave it on for a bit then rinse. Best invention ever.

I Shea Moisture, Nubian Heritage, Camille Rose!
I use the recipe listed here, and when I did it more regularly, could ACV rinse once a week with no adverse effects on my hair. (I've incorporated a low poo into my routine since then, so I ACV rinse less often now). When I ACV rinsed, I would cowash and rinse, apply ACV rinse and leave it in, apply my RO, rinse, and then proceed with the rest of my normal routine.

i do a herbal acv rinse. i boil water, about 300ml water and pour it over a large glass of herbs. depending whats in season or what i have, marshmallow root, sage, lavender, peppermint, stinging nettle, rosemary, hibiscus, comfry or just black tea. i just use a mixture of what ever i have or whats in season. then i leave it till its cold then i strain it and squeeze the herbs to get the last few drops. then i add a splash of acv. i dont measure anything i just eye ball the amounts.
i use it as a final rinse. normaly after a treatment. after low poo'ing i gently squeeze my hair to get same water out. i wait a few minutes then i pour the mixture over my head. i message my scalp and make sure that i coat every hair from the roots and my scalp till my ends. then i plop. i dont rinse it out i leave it. the smell goes away as it dry's.

my hair: 3b, high porosity, high density and coarse hair (i think i finally figured that all out)
my hair loves conditioner only styling!
Oils and my own procuts are my hairs best friend
my hair goal length is bra strap length when curly.
I use a vinegar rinse about once a month. I condition wash and detangle my hair, then pour vinegar rinse over hair (1/4 cup of any kind of vinegar mixed with hot water in a big mug). Massage scalp and rinse well. Add gel, etc as usual.
