All I can say is wow. I now have a good solid three months of new growth that hasn't seen a blow fry. I have suspected that much of my frizz is due to mechanical damage from 3x/week high heat blow outs. Now I can really see that the worst of my frizz begins after my first four inches, of which two is CG growth. Time to get out the scizzors and start trimming the junk out! I haven't done that since high school, but no way am I cutting my APL hair into a pixie! Hopefully once I get through the worst of it the frizz will calm down.

So pleased you can see a demarcation, I remember seeing the same after about a year when I stripped out my old dye, totally nekkid hair was completely different top (shiny) and bottom (so poofy/ fluffy). Keep up the coconut oil, protein or whatever you are doing and cut what you can cope with.
