Help !!

I cut the relaxer out of my hair in June , I once had gorgeous 3b-3c hair and now it's pretty much 3b with a 1/4 inch of relaxer in it, very little. My hair is 4-6 inches long but the curls bounce up & look shorter. The back is slightly longer than the front and it can be very frustrating. I like playing with my short curls but long to have long curls again since its been almost two years since my hair was long and curly because when it was relaxed I end up cutting it to my shoulders after 2 months . Well anyways any suggestions on natural products/oils to make my hair healthy and grow?? Please help!!
A good diet with plenty of protein is the best thing you can do to encourage hair growth. Treating your hair well by not subjecting it to chemical or mechanical damage will help it to appear to grow faster, as healthy hair is less likely to break.

It takes a lot of time to grow out hair which has a lot of jump. I've been growing mine, with cuts for shape, and to remove split ends and knots, for about five years. Once the old growth was gone, I was a lot happier with it, but the jump is insane, and it's still just down past my shoulders when dry.
