Is it okay to "NO Poo" daily?

Is it okay to “No Poo” your hair everyday? I am trying the curly girl thing again, using all Devacurl/Devacare products. On days that I no poo and use one c, I get great hair, but if I just water wash and use one c, I end up putting my hair in a pony tail because my hair looks kinda weighed down and droopy.

Is it ok to no poo everyday, or should I be trying to use it less and less and maybe my hair just needs to adjust? If I no pooed everyday, then maybe I wouldn’t use the one C everyday, so that my hair would not get over conditioned? I’m clueless, I just know that my hair looks best on the days I no poo, but I’m worried over time this may lead to over conditioning….and this is the reason why I gave up on the curly girl routine the first time was because my hair kept getting over conditioned.

I have fine but thick 3A hair. Suggestions?
I either no poo or co wash daily. I can sometimes in the winter go with just a water rinse but usually I need to wash with something. I haven't seen any ill effects.
Low porosity, medium texture.

If it smells good put it in your hair, if it tastes good spit it out!
You should be fine. Just use whatever your hair seems to need that day. That's what I do. I rarely condition without doing a CO wash.

I have extremely thick but dry hair, and I no-poo every two or three days (the third day it's usually clipped up). You can no-poo every day, as the gals at Devachan told me, but my hair takes so long to dry I don't bother. As someone else said, go with what your hair needs - if your hair is fine you might need less conditioner. My hair needs change depending on the season. Also I remember when I started the CG routine, my scalp was still freaking out producing tons of oil (expecting to be stripped by 'poo) so you may still be in that oily zone before the scalp settles down.

I swear by Set it Free to give me second and even third-day hair.
