UV filtrated pools, has anyone swam in one regularily?

I'm looking to take up swimming laps and wonder if anyone has swam in a UV pool. They apparently have the lowest level possible of chlorine (you can't even smell it)

If so, do I need to worry even less about damage to my hair?
I've been trying to figure out how that would work as far as skin exposure goes, I would think an ozone filter would be required to help buffer the ultraviolet rays, but if you look at any pond, UV doesn't seem to stop the growth of algae...
