Peach Nut Oil Liquid Soap

This was at Walgreens and it seems to have many good oils and extracts. It can be used on face/body/hair. What do y'all think?

Ingredients: Water, Olive Fruit Oil, Peach Kernel Oil, Coconut Oil, Potassium Hydroxide, Glycerin, PEG-25 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Lavender Extract, Peach Fruit Extract, Peppermint Leaf Extract, Butylane Glycol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbarmate.

Could this be used as a gentle shampoo or clarifing rinse?

Live Simply. Use Soap
I'm confused by those ingredients... potassium hydroxide is lye, basically. It (or sodium hydroxide) is the main ingredient in oven and drain cleaners. And as such, it shouldn't be anywhere NEAR your eyes. Or skin, for that matter, but I'm assuming it's diluted if it's in a soap.

A more direct and definite effect the potassium hydroxide (KOH) would have on hair is that it would raise your hair's pH level. KOH is very alkaline, and would most likely make your hair feel dry, coarse, and could even cause breakage. With all the oils that might be covered up a bit, but I'd still think that this might not be good for your hair.

On Wikipedia it says this ingredient is used for saponifiying oils to create liquid soaps.
