A List of Sulphate Free Shampoos/products

I found this in my search for sulphate free shampoo.

I just got PhytoNectar for Christmas, I've used it before and my hair felt really healthy while I was using it. But now I'm apprehensive to use it because of the sulfates. It's spendy stuff and I feel bad if I don't use it, are sulfates super horrible? I'm conflicted.

I know that Sodium Laureth Sulfate is the least harsh of the sulfates and to be honest with you, I've used sulfate free shampoos that have left my hair feeling more stripped than a shampoo with sulfates. I think where in the ingredients the sulfate is can also make a difference and what other ingred are in the shampoo. I'm not familiar with the ingred. in the Phytonectar.
If you don't want it to go to waste maybe you can rotate it with a sulfate free poo and use it occ. for buildup.
