what does your hair prefer during the summer?

during the winter i used curl creme topped off with mousse, but just as summer rolled around my hair seems to be really stringy and limp, so i don't know what to use now. tomorrow i'm going to test just using curl creme, and the day after that just mousse. but if that doesn't work, i don't know what else to use. so what do you guys use during the summer.
I am such a mousse queen in the winter, fall and spring, but I'm finding I need a hard-hold gel in the summer to keep the frizz at bay with the humidity like it is.

My hair always likes curl cream...and leave-ins too.
That's right, I said it! I wear scrunchies!!

I am a sulfate washing, cone slabbing, curly lovin' s.o.b. The CG police haven't caught me yet.

I've found that my hair loves glycerin in the summer. CK is probably the best thing I've found for summer hair. Plus my condish has glycerin in it too so I leave it in under the CK. Then top it off with a gel (Aveda Flax Seed Aloe gel currently).

In summer, I have to cleanse more thoroughly and more often. I sometimes switch to a lighter conditioner as well.

It depends on what products I'm into — like now, I want to stick with AOHR, so I'm upping the cleansing.

I don't ever change my styling products, so I voted "other."
This is my first summer CG, so I don't know what will work best. I have a feeling I will use less Mop-C but will stick with the BRHG. I picked "other".
Loose botticelli curls and waves
No silicones/no sulfates since March 2008
I use curl creme and a stronger gel in the summer. Otherwise I look like a dandelion gone to seed.
Growing out my curls. White hair, fine to medium texture but a lot of it. Low to medium porosity. Botticelli curls -- 2c/3a mix. My hair loves protein.
CG since '08.

Cleanser: (Summer) Beautiful Curls Nurturing shampoo or Kathymack's soap bars
Co-wash: TJ Nourish
Protein: CJ Repair Me
Styling products: (Summer) BB Styling Mudd
Gel: (Summer) BRHG, Upper Management gel.
I always use a leave-in, regardless of the styling products I use. I have stopped using curl cremes when it is really humid. I have gotten much better results without them.
Type: 3a fine & dense, with normal porosity, terrible product junkie
ROUTINE: LI, enhancer, gel, plop with Curlease towel, serum product (either CIAB or Gel-les'c), clip & diffuse.
Too many favourite products to list ... I finally have my routine that works and alot of products to choose from. My product stash is huge, but well loved !!!
Well, THIS month my hair is doing great using Biosilk Silk Therapy Smoothing Balm or - going thru my cabinets - GF Sleek-n-Shine Leave-in Conditioning cream.

My hair loves winter, too, though, then it's mousse or gel.

Products: The hair aisle in my own cabinets.
Best definition winner: KCCC
Best volume winner: LOOB
My hair looks pretty much the same no matter what products I use or what season it is, so I just put mousse because thats what I normaly use.

Hilighing Junkie. Soon to be pink.

My HG will: volumize, moisturize, define curls, create major shine, contatin protine, eleminate any and all frizz, give me root curl, have slight hold with no crunch, make my hair grow faster, and be in mousse form. Is that so much to ask? Oh, and it would be nice if the container did tricks for me...
