Who should use shampoos with sulfates?

Hey everyone,
Where I live we have water that is treated with chlorine (and it's probably hard too). All I know is my hair never really feels clean. On top of that, my hair is wavy...and I have read that wavy hair gets greasier and therefore sulfates are ok once in a while. Can any of you tell me from experience if I should use an SLS shampoo...and if so, which ones?
Your responses are so much appreciated!!
Thanks! :-)

Chlorine can be very drying and you may not need a sulfate shampoo if you don't use products that cause buildup. What products are you using right now? A good moisturizing conditioner can help protect your hair from the chlorine.
Thanks! Good to know it's not the chlorine that's causing the build-up.
