managing hair on the 2nd day

I'm wondering how everyone "revives" their curls on the day after washing? Do you co-wash everyday? What about after exercise (when I've put my hair in a ponytail and the curls are messed up)?

I'm new to CG method and so far loving it. My routine is to co wash and condition with Suave Coconut, squeeze out a little water, scrunch in got2b kinky curl mousse and then LA Looks sport gel. I've kept it simple for now since I just started my routine about 2 weeks ago.

I just use my conditioning spritz all over (1/2 my fav conditioner and 1/2 water in a spray bottle) and then a light hold gel like CJ aloe fix gel.

I've been using a bit of the same product I used Day 1. In the winter I put a little conditioner first.
3A/B - low-normal porosity - med to coarse texture

Co-Wash - As I Am Coconut Cowash
RO - GVP Cond. Balm, Tresemme Naturals, Yes to Carrots Nourishing, AO Honeysuckle Rose
LI - Hollywood Beauty Olive Cream Headdress
DT - Hollywood Beauty Olive Cholestrol, SM Raw Shea Butter Deep Treatment
Stylers - BRHG (old formula is my HG, but the new one has silicones)

Trying out - MGA Sculpting Gel, LA Sports Gel, Got2b Spiked Gel, Got2b Glued
