I just got bottle of Alberto v05
Moisture Milk - Passion Fruit Smoothie

I did square a little bit in my hand to see how rich the conditioner was and it really rich.

The only thing that concern me was chloride as ingrident

I got for 99 cent at CVS
I use the VO5 moisture condish for co-washing also.
It works pretty good for me. Easy to detangle rinses clean and leaves hair fresh and easy to comb thru.
Sometimes CVS has it on sale for 77 cents too!

I did homemade mask
1 egg, 1 banana, Yogurt, 1 tsp of Olive Oil, 1 tsp of Honey, and Avocado for deep condtioning and this really work.

I use flat iron on my hair last week several times and this week and was using to high of heat setting.

I got new Proliss Flat Iron just like "ISO Beauty Turbo Silk" for 29.99 and i like it.

So after I was finish with hair mask, I rinse out and conditon with v05. I thought its alright.

I even blow dry my hair.

I normally didn't do. I actually got good results

I have Conair "White & Black simple dryer
High/Low - Speed setting
High/Medium/Cool - Heat settings

I use warm and also use some products but they have cones them.

Herbal None of your frizz's - Leave In/Balm
Real Solutions - Heat Protection Spray
Real Solutions - Smoothing Balm

All work good with the round roller brush.
