I just don't even know what to do with my hair.

Hi everyone, I'm new here! I signed up because I just had a mental breakdown of sorts. Simply because I do not know what to do with my hair. For most of my life, I would straighten my hair. Now that I'm in college and I don't have time to do that, I just pull it back into a bun. But I want to try new styles and actually look and feel confident about my curly hair. AND GROW IT OUT. It's starting to break at the ends, so it's getting shorter by the day. I dunno what to do. /: I don't even know where to begin to ask for help!
Hiya, I also have difficulty with my hair. I missed a wedding today because it looked so terrible
Luckily the bride and groom do not even know me - hopefully the only person who will know I'm missing is my partner. Right now, I hate my hair and I'm pretty sure he hates it too! However, your hair breakage could be solved by not brushing it. Sounds crazy, but with a lot of conditioner on wet hair and your fingers, detangling this way can reduce breakage. I notice that whenever I wear my hair curly, I have to cut off about 3inches because of terrible split ends. At the moment, I'm trying to use my fingers only. So far so good..
