#1: Optimal Nutrition for Healthy Hair
I'm curious if there's been any research or studies about what foods are; beneficial, harmful and necessary for hair health. I've been following a vegan diet for 5 years and worry about that a bit. My diet could be a lot better and I stopped using any supplements 3 years ago. I've been wondering for awhile if supplements actually get absorbed by the body, or just gets flushed out. Hopefully some members have looked into this and have some ideas.
