I don't know what to say. I read the review and went about two weeks ago. I was thrilled with the atmosphere and courtesy of the receptionist staff.
Brenda herself was nice and I love the products she used. But this is one of the few times I ever had a complaint after the cut. My hair sticks up weird in the back and I didn't notice this until after when her styling/diffusing no longer held the shape she put it in.
I'm not wholly satisfied and while I like the place, I don't love it enough to shell out that much cash for a simple cut. Don't hate it. I'll just say "meh".

The first time I went to Salon Rispoli was for a friends wedding. I got lucky enough to have Brenda. Today was my second time with her and it was great. I love her. She listened and understood what I wanted. I got the best haircut I've had for quite awhile. :-) She also has wavy/curly hair and knows how to cut it.

i have never left a salon in my life with a good haircut. i went to salon rispoli and i found it to be the best decision i have ever made. the whole entire staff was very professional and the salon had that relaxed feeling. brenda was so attentive to what issues i have with my hair and she took the time to show me how to style it with the deva curl products. i got to say, she really seemed to know her stuff!!! she mentioned she went to nyc to be certified by the devashon proffesionals. i love my new cut!!!

I recently went from having long hair to just above my shoulders. It has been difficult for me to find a good hair stylist for my curly hair. I called this salon and asked for someone who is good with curly hair and they recommended Brenda. She did an excellent job on the cut and the color so I highly recommend her!!
