Although Danielle no longer works there, she was so helpful and amazing for the 8 or so months she was my stylist. I went to her because she had expressed interest in curly hair cuts. She was careful and cautious when I went in to chop off 20 inches of locks, walking me through how my curls might come out after the weight was gone and checked in every step of the way. She notified me of her notice by sending a handwritten letter and personally recommended another stylist for my type of hair and style. She's now in San Diego hopefully continuing her amazing work at another lucky salon.

Stylist: Rose Bouvier
I love getting my hair cut by Rose because she has hair EXACTLY like me which is partly wavy, partly curly, super thick and long. She doesn't use a razor, which was a disaster that I had at another salon plus she SCULPTS rather than cuts. She looks at you from all angles and gets super close to you like she's an artist dabbing paint on a canvas, but she's shaping your hair with sharp scissors! Highly recommended by me and the setting is cute in a stylish salon atop a fun shopping street in the Gourmet Ghetto part of Berkeley.
