I just had my first appointment with Jenny O. to correct a previous bad haircut, and she was great! She took care of my hair the same way I do (i.e. she didn't shampoo it, only washed it with conditioner...without me even saying anything!) and gave me a great cut with long layers.
We talked about the crazy things some stylists do to curly hair, like diffuse it upwards to create more frizz, cut with a razor, and use bad drying products...and she didn't do any of these things, yay!
I also learned a new way to style my hair by finger curling large one inch chunks while the hair is wet.
My cut was only $17.50 because I had a half off coupon, and I just found out Jenny was voted best stylist in Reno the past four years by the News and Review. Where else in Reno are you going to get that deal for such great talent?
