First of all Janelle is a pleasure to welcome in your house. She is polite and fun yet very professional.
Janelle listened to me and looking at the results, she heard me loud and clear. My haircut came out just the way I wanted to and today I washed my hair and styled it the way I usually do and although I didn't get the same results (I believe I could if I had a hooded dryer), it came out great. My curls are more defined and bouncy, I am really happy with Janelle's cut!

Janelle threw a Curly Girl Party as part of launching Janelle in Location in PA, and I was able to attend and watch a live demonstration of a DevaCut. She explained the whole process, not just the 'how' but the 'why,' and I could not wait to schedule some time with her! I have NEVER been able to get a haircut I'm happy with, it always looks great when leaving the salon, but that's it! I'm low-maintenance, but with my thick and unruly wavy/curly hair - I could never get it to look decently styled without spending a lot of time on it, so I typically just went with a ponytail/bun or let it be crazy. Janelle showed me how to simply modify the process I do anyway: cleansing and conditioning my hair, drying it (I've been doing it wrong!), using the RIGHT products, and have it look amazing! I never realized my hair was this curly! With her careful and thorough cutting technique, she took so much weight off, but kept the length, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the shape she gave my hair - it's what I always pictured in my head, but could never achieve at a "regular" stylist. I just had my first Deva cut with Janelle, and I can honestly say it's the best haircut I've ever had! I trusted her immediately to try a short cut, and I couldn't be happier! Love, love, LOVE Janelle! And am so sad she has moved to Pennsylvania. You lucky northerner ladies, you will adore her! Girl is good with curls, to put it mildly. Her cuts amaze me - I had had dry cuts before, but she worked more like a sculptor, seeing the final cut underneath and just removing a bit at a time to get at it. She did an amazing job of replicating nearly every part of the salon experience at home. At first I thought it might feel weird to have someone come to my house to cut my hair, but it ended up not only being convenient, but really enjoyable and comfortable. And the cherry on the sundae is that Janelle is also a very sweet soul, funny and kind.
On that note, I must be the only one who isn't a fan of Ely. I only saw her once so maybe she was having an off day. She cut off more than I asked her to, and she made it all one layer, which I would think is the one thing a stylist should never do to curly hair. Uggggggh I sported the dreaded triangle shape for way too long thanks to that cut. She didn't seem rushed, so I'm not sure how she neglected to put any layers in. I could deal with all that (maybe she's really new to curly hair?), but the kicker was that she never got back to me when I touched base with her about my concerns. Not professional. It's been weeks now so I'm giving up hope on that. I'm glad other people like her and I hope my experience was a total fluke.

Although I was initially disappointed that Janelle was relocating so far away, I'm relieved she introduced me to Ely Sanchez. My looong hair had a limp, lazy wave to it, and Ely knew exactly where to cut, and what to do, to leave my hair full of body and bring out my own, natural curls! I think I remember her saying she's been styling hair for 18 years and her expertise was evident. It's been about a month and I'm still so happy with my hair! Well after doing much research I went to see Janelle and I was very pleased with my Deva cut it really made a difference in my curls and shape. For starters she is a sweetheart she listened to my story and my goal and was very informative on teaching me how to keep my 3c curls moisturized which was a huge concern of mine. She listens from the moment she starts the consultation. I dont think, in all the years I've gone through different stylist, I have ever come across a stylist who genuinely shows interest in KNOWING what you want out of a haircut, style, color. By the time you experience the deva cut with Janelle, she's your and your curls best friend. She gives you the deva cut, and maintains the length EXACTLY as how you requested. And if you request a pintura, she delivers EXACTLY as how you requested.
I have not stopped touching my curls, or getting compliments, since Janelle!

I just had my first "devacut" today and I'm totally sold. As with most other curly girls, I dreaded hair cuts because I always left with my hair looking worse than when I went in. I can honestly say that I am ecstatic about my hair cut from Janelle. Curly hair should be cut dry, not wet. She took her time in trimming my curls, making them work with the rest of my hair. I also had my hair colored, and she did a beautiful job - I almost always go with a shade of red. I already use the Devacurl line of products, so that wasn't anything new to me, and if you haven't tried them, you should. Normal shampoos are bad for your hair!!!! Don't let the no sudsing thing freak you out. My hair feels soooooo much better using the no-poo than any other shampoo I've used, even better than typical sulfate-free shampoos. Anyway, if you're a curly girl who dreads hair cuts, go see Janelle, She will make your hair look beautiful :) Plus, the fact that she travels to you is like the cherry on top of the whole experience!

I grew up in Orlando and have tried countless local stylists and salons, none of which knew how to cut or style my curly hair. I learned to leave the salon with my hair wet because it was just time wasted if they tried to style it - it never looked good! About 3 years ago, I decided it was worth the time and money to fly to NYC a couple times a year to get my hair done at the Devachan Salon in SoHo. I fell in love with my hair after getting my first real dry cut and absolutely loved seeing what my curls could do if they just got a little TLC with Deva products!

After suffering MONTHS of curly girl envy because there are few if any Deva-trained stylists in Central Florida, I happened on Janelle--and what a blessing that was! I've always loved a salon experience and wasn't sure what it would be like to have the salon come to me, but I shouldn't have worried. She arrived with tools and products in hand and a great big smile. After a detailed consultation, she went to work. She's careful with each curl and manages to coax "wow" out of even stubborn curls. One plus for me was that she LISTENED. She didn't try to talk me into a fashionable but wrong cut for me or push me to recolor my hair (I made a conscious decision to let my natural grey have its way). When she left, I had a curly cloud around my shoulders and a HUGE grin on my face! I'd highly recommend her to anyone!

Getting a haircut has always been a headache for me. For starters, I would have to style and straighten my hair before I got a haircut. Getting a haircut with curly hair was never an option because of previous bad experiences. After reviewing this website I decided to use the Deva Care line and do the no-poo method. I liked the results but knew I needed a haircut. After reading the reviews on Janelle and having the option of having a stylist come to my home was a plus. I am so happy! I had been wearing my hair long (shoulder blade length, when wet) and pretty much one layer except around my face. I was lucky enough to find Janelle on this website. She is wonderful! Not only did she give me an amazing cut, she educated me on how to care for my curls. I never understood how fragile curls are, what can cause frizz and how to style my hair. She had products avalible, but was not at all pushy about selling them. I am so excited!!! I heard about Janelle through a friend and I knew if anyone could get my curls looking great it was her. I first started thinking of a dry cut back in September 2010. My curls are actually pretty good, I use a great technique when styling them, but I was going to a regular stylist. She wasn't bad, but I wanted to see if a devacut would be different. I found Janelle on this site, and I emailed her with tons of questions. Within about 2 days, she answered all my questions, and even asked me some about my hair. Im the type of person that has to do tons of research before I spend my money, and she was patient as we exchanged emails. When I finally decided to make an appt, even that was dramatic because my work schedule is all over the place. I finally had a small window, and she even came to the hotel I was staying at (still in Orlando), to fit me in. She brought everything with her, and she was SO nice! She is VERY personable, and seems to really want to get to know you. She asked what my problem areas were, and took her time with each curl. With this being at a hotel, we had to improvise a bit (like, not having a broom to sweep the hair, she used a towel, as I sat under the dryer). Now, to the actual cut...woah! When she does it the curls are CRAZY! But like any salon, your hair is perfect until you wash and do it. When I did it, I was skeptical at first...I really stared at my hair to see what the difference was. Hmmm, ok..I see that my hair is not as flat to my head on the top...I see that the curls are starting higher at the crown than before where it was straight, then curls at the bottom. But the biggest different was the definition. I could really see each curl, and it made my hair even better! I wont lie, at first I was like ugh the price (what! Im cheap), but let me tell you...its worth it! She comes to you, she has everything, she does your hair so you can leave for work right after (and you don't get all those stingy stray hairs that you get with a wet cut all over your neck and back), She cleans up the mess, and again is so nice. She does show you product, but is not pushy. I didn't buy it the first time, bc I love my bumble and bumble, but I did get the traveler pack the second time to see if I like it. She's honest about which products are best or not best for your hair. And honestly, shes a curly...she knows what works for us. While I liked my other lady, when I would mention concerns, she wouldn't know what I was talking about bc she had straight hair. I had her cut my hair twice, and just try it. Even if its just once. She didn't make me make an appt. for my next haircut right then and there, that way I could see for myself if I wanted to do it again. And I did!

I just had my first DevaCurl cut with Janelle, and she is WONDERFUL! I had been trying to grow out the worst haircut in the world, and she was able to make me love my hair again. She comes to your house with all of the equipment needed (except the kitchen sink!). You don't have to travel, you don't have to clean up - it's great! She went over what my expectations are for my hair, what I want it to grow into, and how much time I spend on it each day. She explained what she was doing (and why) as she cut my hair using the Devachan method. She explained each product she used, what it does, and why it is (or isn't) helpful. Janelle also gave me some great styling tips. If you choose to buy any DevaCurl product, she has it with her, but there is NO pressure to buy anything from her. I had my first appointment with Janelle yesterday and I'm overwhelmingly thrilled.
As the other reviews state, yes she's professional, and positive, and skilled, and a pleasure to have in your home. But what she gave me yesterday goes so far beyond that. I've spent my life (the sister of a glossy, thick, shiny, fabulous straight hair girl) trying to figure out what exactly to do with this hair of mine. I liked it. I knew I was blessed to have it. But I didn't know what shampoo to use, what conditioner, what styling products, what cut, HOW to try to style it.... so I've lived my life with half mysteriously good hair days, and half bad ones. No stylist I ever asked seemed to know the answers to any of my questions. They just gave me the straight hair girl treatment and left me feeling like they just didn't get me.
But yesterday! Yesterday a curly girl came to my house and raved about my hair (which was partly curly and partly barely bent and all over frizzy) when she got here. She dry cut my hair, one curl at a time, and I was astonished to see the change as she worked. I could ALREADY SEE THE DIFFERENCE! My hair was responding, curling, working together... Then she gave me highlights that I LOVE. And then, like an answer to my life's prayers, she washed my hair. And told me how to do it. Then the same with conditioner. And with product. !!! It was amazing. She gave me lessons on my hair! She answered every question I had and I am more excited about my hair today than I've ever been. I know what to DO now! It's what I've always wanted.
When my hair was dry I couldn't believe it. There were curls where I didn't think curls could ever be. The areas around my face are so lively and curly where they were unpredictable and heavy and wrong just two hours before. And in the back, where it stuck flat to my head before and barely bent, THERE ARE CURLS! it's just awesome.
I know it sounds too good to be true but it so isn't. Give her a try. You'll fall in love with your very own lovely curly hair. :)

I had my first appointment with Janelle over the weekend and all I can say is "THANK YOU!" She is so professional, friendly, fun to talk with and most importantly, knowledgeable about her craft and the entire Deva line. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a fabulous cut (even my husband, who prefers my hair straight, agrees that it looks amazing). My hair has much more curl, definition and looks and feels so much healthier. Just as valuable to me was the "styling lesson." I learned how to treat my hair in the mornings and even had a chance to try the Set Up and Above before purchasing it (my new fave product, by the way.) Her prices are competitive with other salons, but what you get for the money makes Janelle MUCH more affordable. I didn't have to leave my house and there was no mess for me to clean up.

My first appointment with Janelle was last night, and I could not be more pleased with the results. I am DEFINITELY going to be a repeat customer! I was skeptical about having a "traveling stylist" and worried that it would be less professional than a trip to the salon. Boy, was I ever wrong! Janelle is really on top of her game, and I could tell from just a few minutes of conversation that she loves her career. She was completely prepared, fully stocked with supplies and products, very efficient and extremely professional. I felt so incredibly pampered, and it was wonderful to have a stylist focus all their attention on me. I did not at all miss the distractions and interruptions that naturally occur in a salon atmosphere. At the end I was left with a gorgeous cut, beautiful color, excellent products, and nothing to clean up. All that in less time than it takes at a salon. Janelle gave me a devachan dry cut, and now I finally, FINALLY, have the hair I always wanted but didn't know existed! She also gave me all over color and partial highlights, which are truly Hollywood red carpet quality artistry. Strangers have been complimenting me on my hair all morning! I would have driven hours from home just to get this quality of cut and color, and I find it incredible that I didn't even have to leave my own kitchen. Janelle is not just another stylist - I could tell from that one appointment that Janelle has gone above and beyond to study and research the products and techniques necessary for curly hair. She is very easy to talk to, listens unlike any other stylist I've met, and truly educated me on proper product use. I've been looking for a curly hair stylist in Orlando for a while. I've driven 2+ hours each way in the past just to get my hair cut by an excellent stylist. Well, finally, I have found one in my own backyard! The best part is that she comes to you. No driving! Janelle cut off several inches off my hair, using the dry-cut method, and curl-friendly style products. My curls are bouncy, shiny, and look great! She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, my style routine, and the products I use. Janelle is very friendly and easy-going and puts you at ease right away. I will definitely call her when it's time for my next cut.

Love, love, LOVE Janelle! And am so sad she has moved to Pennsylvania. You lucky northerner ladies, you will adore her! Girl is good with curls, to put it mildly. Her cuts amaze me - I had had dry cuts before, but she worked more like a sculptor, seeing the final cut underneath and just removing a bit at a time to get at it. She did an amazing job of replicating nearly every part of the salon experience at home. At first I thought it might feel weird to have someone come to my house to cut my hair, but it ended up not only being convenient, but really enjoyable and comfortable. And the cherry on the sundae is that Janelle is also a very sweet soul, funny and kind. On that note, I must be the only one who isn't a fan of Ely. I only saw her once so maybe she was having an off day. She cut off more than I asked her to, and she made it all one layer, which I would think is the one thing a stylist should never do to curly hair. Uggggggh I sported the dreaded triangle shape for way too long thanks to that cut. She didn't seem rushed, so I'm not sure how she neglected to put any layers in. I could deal with all that (maybe she's really new to curly hair?), but the kicker was that she never got back to me when I touched base with her about my concerns. Not professional. It's been weeks now so I'm giving up hope on that. I'm glad other people like her and I hope my experience was a total fluke.

I've been a very happy repeat customer of Janelle on Location since January 2011. Although I was initially disappointed that Janelle was relocating so far away, I'm relieved she introduced me to Ely Sanchez. I had my first appointment with Ely on May 11th, and she did such a wonderful job with my cut, color and style! was so sorry to see Janelle leave, but I'm extremely pleased with what Ely has continued to do with my curls and color. I got my first DevaCurl cut from Ely and I absolutely LOVE it! My looong hair had a limp, lazy wave to it, and Ely knew exactly where to cut, and what to do, to leave my hair full of body and bring out my own, natural curls! I think I remember her saying she's been styling hair for 18 years and her expertise was evident. It's been about a month and I'm still so happy with my hair! Well after doing much research I went to see Janelle and I was very pleased with my Deva cut it really made a difference in my curls and shape. For starters she is a sweetheart she listened to my story and my goal and was very informative on teaching me how to keep my 3c curls moisturized which was a huge concern of mine. Once my curls reach to a very nourished point I will definately go back to Janelle for some highlights and change in color!

I must have written this review so many times before submitting. but this is the ideal review to give Janelle. She. Knows. Her. CURLS!!! She listens from the moment she starts the consultation. I dont think, in all the years I've gone through different stylist, I have ever come across a stylist who genuinely shows interest in KNOWING what you want out of a haircut, style, color. By the time you experience the deva cut with Janelle, she's your and your curls best friend. She gives you the deva cut, and maintains the length EXACTLY as how you requested. And if you request a pintura, she delivers EXACTLY as how you requested. I have not stopped touching my curls, or getting compliments, since Janelle! She's worth every penny, hands down. Super sweet. I just had my first "devacut" today and I'm totally sold. As with most other curly girls, I dreaded hair cuts because I always left with my hair looking worse than when I went in. I can honestly say that I am ecstatic about my hair cut from Janelle. Curly hair should be cut dry, not wet. She took her time in trimming my curls, making them work with the rest of my hair. I also had my hair colored, and she did a beautiful job - I almost always go with a shade of red. I already use the Devacurl line of products, so that wasn't anything new to me, and if you haven't tried them, you should. Normal shampoos are bad for your hair!!!! Don't let the no sudsing thing freak you out. My hair feels soooooo much better using the no-poo than any other shampoo I've used, even better than typical sulfate-free shampoos. Anyway, if you're a curly girl who dreads hair cuts, go see Janelle, She will make your hair look beautiful :) Plus, the fact that she travels to you is like the cherry on top of the whole experience!

I grew up in Orlando and have tried countless local stylists and salons, none of which knew how to cut or style my curly hair. I learned to leave the salon with my hair wet because it was just time wasted if they tried to style it - it never looked good! About 3 years ago, I decided it was worth the time and money to fly to NYC a couple times a year to get my hair done at the Devachan Salon in SoHo. I fell in love with my hair after getting my first real dry cut and absolutely loved seeing what my curls could do if they just got a little TLC with Deva products! After suffering MONTHS of curly girl envy because there are few if any Deva-trained stylists in Central Florida, I happened on Janelle--and what a blessing that was! I've always loved a salon experience and wasn't sure what it would be like to have the salon come to me, but I shouldn't have worried. She arrived with tools and products in hand and a great big smile. After a detailed consultation, she went to work. She's careful with each curl and manages to coax "wow" out of even stubborn curls. One plus for me was that she LISTENED. She didn't try to talk me into a fashionable but wrong cut for me or push me to recolor my hair (I made a conscious decision to let my natural grey have its way). When she left, I had a curly cloud around my shoulders and a HUGE grin on my face! I'd highly recommend her to anyone!

Getting a haircut has always been a headache for me. For starters, I would have to style and straighten my hair before I got a haircut. Getting a haircut with curly hair was never an option because of previous bad experiences. After reviewing this website I decided to use the Deva Care line and do the no-poo method. I liked the results but knew I needed a haircut. After reading the reviews on Janelle and having the option of having a stylist come to my home was a plus. I am so happy! Janelle is great! So professional and knowledgeable about curly hair. I had my cut done about 6 weeks ago and I am still happy with it. I had been wearing my hair long (shoulder blade length, when wet) and pretty much one layer except around my face. I had been wearing it like that for a long time and could not believe how the curls popped out after Janelle cut it. Love it. I never understood how fragile curls are, what can cause frizz and how to style my hair. She had products avalible, but was not at all pushy about selling them. I am so excited!!! I heard about Janelle through a friend and I knew if anyone could get my curls looking great it was her. I first started thinking of a dry cut back in September 2010. My curls are actually pretty good, I use a great technique when styling them, but I was going to a regular stylist. She wasn't bad, but I wanted to see if a devacut would be different. I found Janelle on this site, and I emailed her with tons of questions. Within about 2 days, she answered all my questions, and even asked me some about my hair. Im the type of person that has to do tons of research before I spend my money, and she was patient as we exchanged emails. When I finally decided to make an appt, even that was dramatic because my work schedule is all over the place. I finally had a small window, and she even came to the hotel I was staying at (still in Orlando), to fit me in. She brought everything with her, and she was SO nice! She is VERY personable, and seems to really want to get to know you. She asked what my problem areas were, and took her time with each curl. With this being at a hotel, we had to improvise a bit (like, not having a broom to sweep the hair, she used a towel, as I sat under the dryer). Now, to the actual cut...woah! When she does it the curls are CRAZY! But like any salon, your hair is perfect until you wash and do it. When I did it, I was skeptical at first...I really stared at my hair to see what the difference was. Hmmm, ok..I see that my hair is not as flat to my head on the top...I see that the curls are starting higher at the crown than before where it was straight, then curls at the bottom. But the biggest different was the definition. I could really see each curl, and it made my hair even better! I wont lie, at first I was like ugh the price (what! Im cheap), but let me tell you...its worth it! She comes to you, she has everything, she does your hair so you can leave for work right after (and you don't get all those stingy stray hairs that you get with a wet cut all over your neck and back), She cleans up the mess, and again is so nice. She does show you product, but is not pushy. I didn't buy it the first time, bc I love my bumble and bumble, but I did get the traveler pack the second time to see if I like it. She's honest about which products are best or not best for your hair. And honestly, shes a curly...she knows what works for us. While I liked my other lady, when I would mention concerns, she wouldn't know what I was talking about bc she had straight hair. I had her cut my hair twice, and just try it. Even if its just once. She didn't make me make an appt. for my next haircut right then and there, that way I could see for myself if I wanted to do it again. And I did!

I just had my first DevaCurl cut with Janelle, and she is WONDERFUL! I had been trying to grow out the worst haircut in the world, and she was able to make me love my hair again. She comes to your house with all of the equipment needed (except the kitchen sink!). You don't have to travel, you don't have to clean up - it's great! She went over what my expectations are for my hair, what I want it to grow into, and how much time I spend on it each day. She explained what she was doing (and why) as she cut my hair using the Devachan method. She explained each product she used, what it does, and why it is (or isn't) helpful. Janelle also gave me some great styling tips. If you choose to buy any DevaCurl product, she has it with her, but there is NO pressure to buy anything from her. I totally enjoyed having her in my home, and am looking forward to using her again. Janelle is competely professional and takes pride in her work. I love her!!

Call Janelle! I know if you're reading reviews you're debating making the call-- just make the call. You'll be so very thankful that you did. I had my first appointment with Janelle yesterday and I'm overwhelmingly thrilled. As the other reviews state, yes she's professional, and positive, and skilled, and a pleasure to have in your home. But what she gave me yesterday goes so far beyond that. I've spent my life (the sister of a glossy, thick, shiny, fabulous straight hair girl) trying to figure out what exactly to do with this hair of mine. I liked it. I knew I was blessed to have it. But I didn't know what shampoo to use, what conditioner, what styling products, what cut, HOW to try to style it.... so I've lived my life with half mysteriously good hair days, and half bad ones. No stylist I ever asked seemed to know the answers to any of my questions. They just gave me the straight hair girl treatment and left me feeling like they just didn't get me. But yesterday! Yesterday a curly girl came to my house and raved about my hair (which was partly curly and partly barely bent and all over frizzy) when she got here. She dry cut my hair, one curl at a time, and I was astonished to see the change as she worked. I could ALREADY SEE THE DIFFERENCE! My hair was responding, curling, working together... Then she gave me highlights that I LOVE. And then, like an answer to my life's prayers, she washed my hair. And told me how to do it. Then the same with conditioner. And with product. !!! It was amazing. She gave me lessons on my hair! She answered every question I had and I am more excited about my hair today than I've ever been. I know what to DO now! It's what I've always wanted. When my hair was dry I couldn't believe it. There were curls where I didn't think curls could ever be. The areas around my face are so lively and curly where they were unpredictable and heavy and wrong just two hours before. And in the back, where it stuck flat to my head before and barely bent, THERE ARE CURLS! it's just awesome. I know it sounds too good to be true but it so isn't. Give her a try. I had my first appointment with Janelle over the weekend and all I can say is "THANK YOU!" She is so professional, friendly, fun to talk with and most importantly, knowledgeable about her craft and the entire Deva line. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a fabulous cut (even my husband, who prefers my hair straight, agrees that it looks amazing). My hair has much more curl, definition and looks and feels so much healthier. Just as valuable to me was the "styling lesson." My first appointment with Janelle was last night, and I could not be more pleased with the results. I am DEFINITELY going to be a repeat customer! I was skeptical about having a "traveling stylist" and worried that it would be less professional than a trip to the salon. Boy, was I ever wrong! Janelle is really on top of her game, and I could tell from just a few minutes of conversation that she loves her career. She was completely prepared, fully stocked with supplies and products, very efficient and extremely professional. I felt so incredibly pampered, and it was wonderful to have a stylist focus all their attention on me. I did not at all miss the distractions and interruptions that naturally occur in a salon atmosphere. At the end I was left with a gorgeous cut, beautiful color, excellent products, and nothing to clean up. All that in less time than it takes at a salon. Janelle gave me a devachan dry cut, and now I finally, FINALLY, have the hair I always wanted but didn't know existed! She also gave me all over color and partial highlights, which are truly Hollywood red carpet quality artistry. Strangers have been complimenting me on my hair all morning! I would have driven hours from home just to get this quality of cut and color, and I find it incredible that I didn't even have to leave my own kitchen. Janelle is not just another stylist - I could tell from that one appointment that Janelle has gone above and beyond to study and research the products and techniques necessary for curly hair. She is very easy to talk to, listens unlike any other stylist I've met, and truly educated me on proper product use. I've been looking for a curly hair stylist in Orlando for a while. I've driven 2+ hours each way in the past just to get my hair cut by an excellent stylist. Well, finally, I have found one in my own backyard! The best part is that she comes to you. No driving! Janelle cut off several inches off my hair, using the dry-cut method, and curl-friendly style products. My curls are bouncy, shiny, and look great! She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, my style routine, and the products I use. Janelle is very friendly and easy-going and puts you at ease right away. I will definitely call her when it's time for my next cut.
