Katie makes me feel (and look!) beautiful! What impresses me most about her is that she listens--she listens to my opinions, what's frustrating me about my hair, and what I'd like to do with it. Before she does anything, she thoroughly talks it over with me to make sure I like the idea (both with my color and cut). She's very knowledgeable also extremely detail oriented and makes sure that every single piece of my hair looks perfect. I've never gotten so many compliments on my hair!
