Joanna took a lot of time to understand my needs and former disappointments. I felt like I was collaborating with her rather than her telling what was best. She had a mess to work with when I showed up and she worked with it to give me an update to my style and color that really worked. She knows how to handle curly hair and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone who has curly locks. Her price was fair and her service was excellent...and the shampoo "head massage" was to die for...she really goes the extra mile. I love my look...I'm going back.

Joanna has cut my VERY curly hair three times now! In my 4 years of growing my hair out, she is the best!! I have been to many of the highly reviewed and expen$ive Seattle salons listed on this site and Joanna's is better. I thought maybe I'd never really like my shoulder length curly hair and would finally give up and go short again but now, thanks to Joanna's expertise, I LOVE it.
