Anyone had a cyst removed with CO2 laser?
I'm having a sebaceous cyst removed from my vulva by CO2 laser next month. My doctor is doing it in his office with anaesthetic cream. Anyone had this done? Pain level?

Did you have this done? How much does it cost?

I'm curious too - I have one on my jawline and was told surgery would leave me with nerve damage and a drooping mouth. I'd read about laser treatment somewhere.

Yes i had it done three weeks back. Not sure of cost since i have insurance and havent seen the bill yet. It wasnt painful to have it done. He used lidocaine and then all i felt was warmth. But the healing process was slow, considering the location. It is much better now and im glad i had it done.

Do you think there'll be a scar? I guess it doesn't matter on your vulva though...

I'm curious what kind of doctor did it? I have a sebaceous cyst that my ob-gyn has totally blown off, but it's really irritating at times - especially when I go to spinning or go biking.

My ob gyn did it. No scar! It looks pretty good!

It really can matter - depending on where the scar is! Pm me if you want more info!
