what do you all think?

As a piece of art; it's gorgeous. As a home...meh; it looks cold both literally and figuratively. It would not be a place, for me, that I could feel safe and warm and be able to curl up on the couch to watch Netflix or read my favorite book and forget the outside world exists for awhile.

Love love love the pool, bedroom, and that second living room but I really don't care for the kitchen. It looks like the back of a restaurant. Seems like her new place has really nice views too. Altogether it is very modern sleek and sexy looking
I like it. I like concrete walls.

Hopefully, all that post-modernism will be chilly enough to induce her to stop wearing her bra and boxers out on the town.

(I think the outside is gorgeous.)

I love the pool and the view. I love a stark industrial look but it needs to have some pops of color to soften it a bit.
The bed looks very warm and comfy.

When I hear terms like "hipster" I think, who told cliques they could leave high school??

It's not quite 'homely' enough for me. The living room is nice, but the kitchen in particular is a little too industrial for me.

Gorgeous views though!

Growing my hair to WL when dry
I don't like it at all. Much too cold and stark for me. Great as a movie set though, for a stylish horror movie. Pool is beautiful.
2/c-3a Coarse hair med. density.
Highly porous. Color over grey.
I love all the Curl Junkie products. Still experimenting with gels and curl creams. Still hoping for 2nd day hair....
Every day is a gift
oh. Pretty! I do agree that it could use a little color but I like it
Not my cup of tea at all, but the views look pretty spectacular.

I love the area that appears to be the basement. It reminds me of a really upscale gym.

I actually like the kitchen.

The only part I don't like is the second and third story glass floors. Scary!

I adore modern architecture. I would live in that house in a heartbeat...as long as I had someone to do all the cleaning for me. All those shiny surfaces require maintenance.

It's a nice house. Just not my style. It looks too much like a work environment to me.

OT: BotticelliBrit - Homely means ugly in the US. Does it mean homey or cozy in the UK? Just curious.

I think the house is ugly.

Strangely I don't mind apartments looking like that but when it comes to houses I see them as more of a place of long term living for all age groups. There as apartments like that for professionals/young people who don't spend all their downtime at home.

It's not easy being a princess, but hey, if the crown fits.
Awesome.
However, honestly when took the first look at the picture with the glass stairs I though it was the basement because of all the posts.
Ah and also, I can't keep a house that sparkly, so it would need to come with a maid.
A bit harsh for me. I like environments that feel cozy.
