Am I protein sensitive?

Right after I use protein my hair tangles, alot. It also breaks off easier when it's wet. The thing's more flexible(when it's dry) after protein, and I think it shines more. I don't know whether protein is good or bad for me at this point.

I used a Mirra conditioner as a protein rinse out. Then I used coconut/olive/jojoba oil on my hair. After that I put in Cantu shea leave-in conditioning cream.
It is hard for me to tell by your description. But if I had to guess I'd say you are not protein sensitive. Maybe you need more moisture after your protein.

The only true way for YOU to know if you are protein sensitive is to cut all protein out for a few days/weeks and see if you are doing better or worse.
