FSG EXPERTS-What additives are best for FSG/what do they do?

I have high porosity, fine hair and i live in a very humid/high dew area. My hair likes coconut oil and protein. Im supposed to avoid glycerin and alot of heavy humectants, so what ingredients should i use or avoid. Im interested in epsom salt, protein, coconut oil, jojoba oil, honey, aloe, and different scents, but i dont know what each ingredient does, or what would be bad for my hair. I need some FSG experimenters help!

First, grab a cup of tea or other nice beverage, sit down with a pen and pad of paper and start reading through this thread ... http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlta...did-twice.html

Then, based on your notes made from researching the ingredients mentioned, start experimenting on your own. Someone can come in here and give you answers based on their own experiences, but your hair might react differently. Only you can figure out what your hair likes best and experimenting on your own is the only way to do so.

If you don't want to experiment on your own or really just don't have the time and energy, you can always buy some made by someone else... True Polaris Truly Curly Styling Gel
