Old Weight Watchers meatloaf recipe??

Many years ago I had a weight watchers pamphlet with a recipe called "Mexican Meatloaf". I would like to make this again, but can't find it. It used ground veal (half the fat but twice the $$ as ground beef), sauteed peppers & onions, lowfat cheese and plain yogurt (this is all I can remember). It's very tasty - good enough for non-dieters.

If anyone happens to have this recipe, could you please post it? TIA

Sorry, I don't have that one. Have you tried the ww board? This is the one I use.

WW Meatloaf Muffins

12 servings
4 pts./serving

2 lbs. 93% lean ground beef or turkey
1 box Stove Top stuffing any flavor
2 eggs
1 cup water

Mix all ingredients and press into equal amounts into muffin cups sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
