Homemade hot fudge/fruit dip

Heavy cream + semisweet chocolate chips = WHOA.

1/2 pint cream + 8 oz chocolate chips = very thick sauce, good for dipping fruit without chilling first.

You can decrease the amount of chips to make the sauce thinner. Thinner works better for sundaes, but if you use it as a fruit dip you'll need to let it chill and set.

Keeps about a week in the fridge, in theory.
