Help! I want to start drinking hot tea...

Like Tree2Likes

I still love all the teas I mentioned in my post back in 2010. And I also make my own chocolate spice yerba mate blend that I especially love in the winter.
I'm fighting a cold right now so I've been adding crystallized ginger to my tea.
--I'm located in Western PA.
--I found NC in late 2004, CG since February 2005, started going grey in late 2005.
--My hair is 3B with some 3A, texture-medium/fine, porosity-normal except for the ends which are porous, elasticity-normal.
--My long time favorite products are Suave & VO5 conditioners, LA Looks Sport Gel, oils, honey, vinegar.

I used to equate hot tea with being sick (my mom used to give it to me only when I was ill). So, I couldn't drink it. Everyone at my job prefers hot tea though, so I'm trying it again. I've tried a few different flavors so far and really like the lemon the best. I actually drank the entire mug full! I also found that I can't add too much sugar to it, or I don't like it.

3B, fine, normal porosity, high density, medium width and length
Conditioner: Tresemme Naturals, Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle
Co-Wash: As I Am Coconut Co-Wash
Leave in Products: As I Am Leave-In, SM Smoothie/Milk, KCKT, Giovanni Direct Leave-In
Air Dry

Looking for new products and methods to try!

I love love love chai tea. I drink the organic chai tea I also like black tea. I put milk & honey in my tea because it helps me sleep. But since you're cutting back on your caffeine, I would drink a caffeinated tea. I also like soro a hibiscus drink. (Dried hibiscus flower tea like drink with cinnamon & sugar)
