Nighttime Routine

I've been transitioning for almost 9 months but I still have a lot of relaxed ends (I don't want to BC). I try braid & twist outs with perm rods but sometimes the rollers are uncomfortable to sleep in. I've watched videos of women who moisturize their hair at night and then tie with a satin/silk scarf or bonnet w/o retwisting but every time I do it, I wake up with bed hair. Any suggestions as to how to maintain this style??

Depends on how long you're haute is you could try "pineapple technique". I usually do 4 sections and it works out fine for at least 2 days. I totally understand the bed head thing,Urgh! The satin cap is a good start tho..
