My hair is curly but my ends are flat. What should i do? Cut it or what products do you recomend?

if you transitioned instead of big chopping, this is normal. sounds like it's just time for a trim. there are "split end mender" products but they only work temporarily and don't really cure the real problem.
I would recommend a protein treatment/product. Ends are especially porous and damaged and need the most moisture/protein. Look out for products that are silicone free and have hydrolyzed proteins in the ingredients. Some drugstore recc's: Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Masque or the Leave in, Aubrey Organics GPB Balancing Protein Conditioner. If you explore on Curl Talk, many curlies share their recommendations on there. These are lighter protein products that are good for every day and/if your hair is mostly protein sensitive. Some protein rich treatments include the Aphogee 2 Step Protein Treament, Aphogee 2 Minute Keratin Reconstructor, or the Joico K-Pak Reconstructor. If your ends still don't respond well, it means it may be best to trim/cut. Best of luck
