How can I avoid shorter hair in the front when I big chop?

Hi,So I am deciding my big chop date soon :) but I don't want shorter hair in the front than the back. The front of my hair grows much slower than the back. I want it all even. No layers. I was thinking that I could big chop the back and continue to grow out the front? Does that sound like an okay idea? Any other suggestions? Here is a picture of kind of what I mean. Thank you so much.

In my opinion you should grow your hair a little more before you do the big chop that way you have more hair in the front now. Being natural is all about patience. Your hair has a mind of its own.
