What type of short haircut (similar to Miley's but for curly hair) would go well with my hair type?
My hair type is between 2c and 3a. It has all of the frizziness of 2c, but it has more defined curls which seem to bounce up (somewhat) when cut. My hair is also very thick, but I'm very hesitant in chopping it off because I dont want to be a walking christmas tree. I've also had long hair for as long as I can remember, but I've been craving something short. Also, I dye and trim my hair every two months (it grows slowly). I would be grateful to also receive picture examples of suggestions or personal experiences of getting your locks chopped.

Something short, but with enough length that your hair still has curl and bounce. My biggest piece of advice is to get a dry cut. You want to see the shape of it before you go home and wash it yourself. It's the best way to avoid christmas tree hair and get the perfect shape.
