How to moisturize my hair in the winter?

No matter what I do, my hair ALWAYS ends up dry and frizzy. I have tried deep conditioners, argan oil, coconut oil, and olive oil. Even the leave in conditioner doesn't work. It will look nice while it is wet, then when it dries it is uncontrollable. I use Kinky-Curly and I love it, but it doesn't do anything for my dry hair. I have co-washed it several times and it seems like at this point I'm reduced to straightening (I have been natural for a month now and I have only straightened it once. It is too much work and I really do not want to straighten it).

Use the LOC method. LOC stands for liquid, oil, cream. Liquids- aloe vera, water, moisturizing detanglerOil- coconut, olive, avocado, jojobaCream- shea butter based moisturizerThe LOC method can keep your hair moisturized for DAYS!
Have you tried curl keeper?  If you apply it as shown on their videos and dry it as they recommend, I think you will have less frizz.  It helps my hair a lot.  And don't give up on moisturizing.  It is a process and takes time to restore, especially in the winter months.
I also have used the Huetiful and like it when using a deep conditioner. I like to braid my hair over night when its dry for a more relaxed look without heat. I will then use mouse or gel to help with the frizz.
