How can I minimize fallout? My hair has been growing but it seems to be getting thinner. I

if its thinner are the root, it could be a number of things, as a hairdresser, it could be hair pulled out from excessive brushing or rough coming, hormones, diet, if its thinning just toward the end, its most likely breakage caused by rough handling, such as towel drying, blowfrying with a round brush or paddle brush, sleeping rough, single strand knot breakages etc etc. You need too figure out what it is causing the problem first
