I moved to AZ. Its very dry here I'm having a hard time keep moisture in my hair and its not growing

I shaved my hair off about 2 months ago. Its still the same length. I'm not sure whats going on. I have multiple curl patterns and even 2 different types of textures in my hair. I've always been natural my whole life. The climate here is sooooooo dry. I'm thinking that could be the problem??? I dont know though.

More than likely it is the weather. Are you using humectants? Humectants can be tricky in dry weather. In dry weather, humectants can draw water away from the hair, causing dryness. If your hair is having a hard time retaining moisture it won't grow as fast.
