2C hair and dandruff

I am just trying to figure out how to care for my 2C hair. My whole life I've suffered from dry scalp that seems to be seasonal or at least worse during the early spring and fall. I CANNOT figure out what to do. I've tried many different products and still seem to have it. Does anyone have tips for scalp and hair care for 2C hair type? Favorite products would be helpful too!Thanks...It's traumatizing.  I've attached a couple photos. Stripped sweater-washed and air dried, Yellow shirt-brazil hair (washed and dried), grey sweater-dried out and heat helped

For dandruff my hair stylist suggested design essential anti-dandruff shampoo and it works wonders. I haven't had dandruff since.
It could be eczema and/or seasonal allergies since spring and fall are huge allergy seasons. It could also be product build up. For allergies: Go to an allergist or take an over-the-counter allergy medication like Allegra. Local honey can help too. Also (and this is a pain for curlies) at least rinse your hair at the end of every day. This will get rid of the pollen and other allergens on your hair. Just deep condition or use an ample amount of leave-in and hair oil to moisturize your hair after. For build up: I've had this particular issue. Once every 1-2 weeks I have to shampoo my hair. I use Garnier Fructis Pure Clean shampoo (and the conditioner when I co-wash) it's Curly Girl approved. Sometimes I use a clarifying  shampoo (which has sulfates) to get rid of build up and then I put leave-in and Moroccan Argan Oil on my hair.Oh, and you could also try Lush's Big shampoo for volume and clarifying. Basically it's shampoo and either sea salt or Epsom salt. You can even make your own. http://www.domesticblisssquared.com/2013/10/diy-beauty-clarifying-hair-treatment.html?m=1Good Luck!
