Anyone willing to share their hair care routine with a newbie?

I believe I'm either a 2A or 2B curly girl. I'm a beginner, so I'm looking for suggestions on products. I have SO much heat damage from the flat iron. I decided to embrace my wavy hair after I go for my haircut this week.Does anyone have a list of hair products that work well for them? I'd love to give it a try too.

Use mane and tail it has a lot of proteins but don't wash your hair everyday!!!! The protein can make the hard and it will become course. This can also cause ALOT of breakage.
Hi, congrats on embracing your naturally beautiful waves! First of all, think about how often you're going to cleanse your hair. I'm a type 2 that can go curlier or straighter depending on styling. I wash my hair with a gentle sulfate free cleanser once a week and with a cleansing conditioner twice a week. I rinse and condition every day. The shampoo, cleansing conditioner, and daily conditioner I use are all by Curl Junkie (Gentle Cleansing Shampoo, Daily Fix Cleansing Conditioner and Beauticurls Argan & Olive Oil daily conditioner). As for styling products I use Knot Today leave-in by Kinky-Curly and a gel, either Kinky Curly's curling custard or Ouidad Climate Control. Make sure you're consistently trimming your hair to keep working away at the heat damage, clarify once a month and deep condition at least once a month; I use Elucence Volume Clarifying Shampoo and Curl Junkie Curl Rehab. Hope that's helpful and good luck!
