Help! I have no idea how to care for my hair!

I grew up with a straight haired mama who had no clue how to care for my crazy hair, as a result, I've straightened my hair up until the last year or so. But now I'm trying to educate myself on how to properly care for my natural hair, but I have no idea where to begin or what products I should be using. I've done my research and learned that I have a mix of 3b/3a curls, but I'm still overwhelmed, please help!

I recommend the Curly Girl Method. There is info on this site as well as on YouTube. I found YT to be especially helpful! For you hair type I would check ouBiancaReneeToday, Sunshine Alba and Waterlily716. Remove sulfates and silicones, don't wash too often, use a T-shirt not a towel to blot hair dry. Detangle when wet in the shower w/ conditioner and a wide toothed comb or your fingers. Might need to apply styling products in sections if you have a lot of hair/volume. A couple methods are rake and shake and also prayer hands. Let me know if you have any questions. I've watched a ton of videos even on hair that's different from mine as I love to learn about this stuff (curlyhair geek!). Best.
