Hi. I don't shower much because I'm I'll. I get massive birds nest size clumps of hair. What brush?

maybe twice every two weeks. Being sick is a barrier to many normal life activities.
I usually wash my hair once or twice a month with co washing in between, you should use a comb too detangle your hair every 2-5 days very gently from the ends up and picking apart knots with you'd hands and spray your hair down with water after too kill the frizz, before you shower coat your hair with oil and detangle then wash and condition as normal, maybe scruch a penny size amount into your ends
Hi HelpMyHair, I'm not a doctor nor a trichologist, so you must take my advice as personal advice, and of course always seek out a professional if you're concerned about your hair loss. From personal experience, I know that if I go too long without washing my hair I will experience lots of hair fall. I think this is just the body's way of naturally trying to shed your hair and clean itself. I would recommend that you wash your hair at least 1x to 2x a week. For wavies, this is an adequate amount of time before our hair starts to get too oily. Remember that proper scalp care is incredibly important for healthy hair. So be sure and wash your scalp once a week.As for the tangles, sounds like you need a better conditioner. My favorite conditioner right now is Elucence Moisture Balancing Conditioner. It makes my hair super soft and is pretty affordable. I would also recommend detangling in the shower, and out of the shower. Use the conditioner to detangle your hair with a wide tooth comb. Be gentle, start at the ends and work your way up. Once you're out of the shower, use a moisturizing detangler that will help keep your hair soft and tangle free. I highly recommend Kinky-Curly Knot Today. It's the best! It wins awards every year. You can smooth it over your knots and just use your fingers to detangle. This will ensure you don't tug too hard on your scalp.
