I was getting because at Slim U beginning I had no idea how much exercise you needed to do to get a certain number of steps or what my heart Slim U rate was like I had no idea so this little guy really helped me stay on track and I really recommend it especially if you're just starting out or if you want to keep track of your workouts more consistently I don't use it anymore because I have like a little bit more of a routine and I kind of already know what kind of milestones I'm hitting every day but I mean I do use it here and Slim U re.
