How do I maintain my curls when exercising?
I just recently made a change in my life. I was very unhappy and never felt good about myself. I decided it's now or never. It has been about a month of working out and eating healthy. I don't go to the gym or anything I just do it at home. but I work out almost every day and after a workout I am dripping in sweat from head to toe. I can't just not shower and I can't skip washing my hair. My question is what do I do to keep it healthy. I don't like washing my hair everyday. Are there any products or techniques I can use to keep my hair clean and healthy?
