I Started Dying My Hair 9 Years Ago && Bleaching It Aproxamentaly 6 Years Ago Skipped A Couple Years Inbetween Without Putting Chemicals In It, I Just Recently Stopped Putting Chemicals In My Hair Is There Anyway I Can Revive My Hair Without Chopping It All Off Or Even Half Of It Off... I Dont Mind Trimming It But Nothing Much... What Can I Do && Use To Bring It Back To Life && Help It Grow.The Photo I Attached With This Is The Best Pic I Have Of My Damagedness Lol.. Thats Washed And Combed Out Thats It

You need to cut it, if you want to keep your length you will have to do in stages. Cut as much as you feel confortable, specially taking out all of those damaged ends. Your hair needs lots of conditions to get restored, so find treatments that work for you, and when you wash it and apply conditioner, apply a good enough amount and let it act for 5 min. Do it for 2-3 months and get a trim. Depending on your hair, it will take some time to get it back to fully healthy.
