I only ever use ONE product on my hair, is this a good or bad thing?

Aside from using conditioner on my hair as a co wash and hardly deep conditioning my hair, I only use one product which is a moisturiser that leaves my hair completely SOFT and moisturised!! The moisturiser I use is called Sofn' Free curl moituriser with Vitamin E and Panthenol 2-in-1 Activator, this product has been helping my hair grow - before I had found this product no matter the regimen I had my hair would always feel very dry by the end of the day. I would love to know if this is a good or bad thing to only use a moituriser with no leave in conditioner. I also sometimes apply JBCO after my moisturiser. The ingredients of the product is also listed below - please let me know if any of the ingredients is harmful to my hair.IngredientsWater (Aqua), Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Behentrimonium Methosulfate (and) Cetearyl Alcohol, PPG-10 Cetyl Ether, Cetearyl Alcohol, Dimethicone, Cyclomethicone, Isopropyl Lanolate, Propylparaben (and) Methylparaben (and) Ethylparaben (and) Butylparaben (and) Phenoxyethanol, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Fragrance (Parfum), Tocopheryl Acetate, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Panthenol, Triethanolamine.

If your hair are good and not damaged after the product, I think it's even more than okay! Less is more, and if you don't have to you definitely shouldn't put more products in your hair than it is necessary. Everyone has different hair and it works differently for them, but if yours are fine, then you shouldn't be worried. Also, I don't think that any of the products are harmful, but I'm not 100% sure about that.
