I have been using Deva Curl but it gets pricey and it does not last very long, what can i use instea

I have 2a/b hair type, my hair loves protein!! and it needs a lot of moisture, I would like a co wash but i also live in a rural area, we have walmart, wegmans, and riteaid, what is something I can get from these places that will last me a while.  I do not mind spending a little bit of money as long as the product will last me.  Please help!!

Hi Shilli, Aussie Moist is a very popular choice for drugstore brands, curlies love using it. I've used the 3 minute miracle mask and I think it's great. They have a whole line (shampoo, conditioner, mask) that you can look into and it's very affordable. If you want something more CG friendly, then I would try out SheaMoisture or Kinky-Curly. Both are available in Wal-Mart. You can see other fan favorites here: http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlreading/curl-pro...These were voted "best" by our community. Most of them are readily available in Wal Mart, Target, and other big name stores. Hope this helps!
You can co-wash with Tresemme Naturals or Suave Naturals and spring for Shea Moisture products too. They almost all have some type of protein if you know what type of protein your hair likes best you can start there. Their Tahitian Monoi conditioner has keratin fairly high in the list, and the Hibiscus has silk protein I believe. Shea Moisture also has plenty of choices for shampoo if your hair likes moisture. Maybe try the Raw Shea or the Hibiscus ones. You can also order from Target online and get free shipping w/ a $25 order. :)
