When I was younger (5-14) I had 3a hair. I now have 2a hair. How do I get back to 3a?

when I was younger ages (5-15) I had 3a hair. Once I started high school I began to straighten my hair like the other girls did and by the time I was a sophomore my hair went to 2a. I have stopped straightening my hair since I turned 18 ( two years ago) but my hair is still the same. I want my healthy curly hair back!!!! Please help get me back to 3a.

Supposedly hair can change every 7 years. If that is true, the change you now see could be permanent and part of a hormonal shift. Are you chemically or heat straightening it now? If not, I would guess that your hair has just gotten straighter on its own.
