For some reason my scalp is very itchy. It's not dry or dirty but itches like crazy.

I've tried a hot oil treatment and even oiling my scalp everytime it itches. I don't know what it is. Help me pl

I had the exact same problem. It hasn't totally gone away yet, but I do a couple things to keep the itching down. 1. Wash often. I cleanse my hair once or twice a week (twice if I'm trying a wash and go or some style that needs wet hair) and clarify with shampoo or mud three times a month.2. Keep product AWAY from my scalp. I don't apply products about an inch from my scalp. natural oils do all the moisturizing needed there.3. Light oil massages. If my hair is SUPER itchy In between washes or in a style which it can't be washed. I'll spritz a little mix with water and a teeny bit of olive oil (the only thing my scalp doesn't hate) and gently rub it in.Those usually do the trick, but if my scalp doesn't stop I just give in and wash,a bad habit I know. I am also looking for more tips to ease the itch so if you find any more, please share!
